Reservation & Payment

Your retreat reservation is confirmed once payment is received. Due to limited capacity and
advance planning required for accommodations, staffing, and programming, all bookings
are subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.
Participant Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date
Participants will receive a full refund, minus any stated
non-refundable deposit or processing fees (if applicable). - Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before the retreat start date
Participants will receive a 50–75% refund of the total retreat price
(percentage determined by organizer policy). - Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date
Payments are non-refundable, as retreat expenses and commitments have already been finalized.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and are effective
on the date received.
Transfers & Credits
Registrations may be transferable to another participant or future retreat date
only with prior written approval from the retreat organizer.
Administrative fees may apply.
Retreat Cancellation or Changes by Organizer
The retreat organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the retreat
due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, safety
concerns, or events beyond reasonable control.
If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer payment to a future retreat.
The organizer is not responsible for travel expenses, airfare, or other third-party costs
incurred by participants.
Travel Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against
unexpected cancellations, illness, travel delays, or emergencies.
Agreement
By registering for the retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed
to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
